Midget: $500 born 2002 – 2004
We will be Having tryouts for Rep B teams. Dates to be announced soon.
There is online registration for this year. The link is posted below.
We will be having in person registration with dates and location to be determined.

The teams from the Akwesasne Minor Hockey Association start their playoffs this week. After battling all season in the Lower St. Lawrence Minor Hockey League regular season, the Wolves teams are ready for the playoffs.
The Novice B Wolves had a regular season record of 3-18-3 for a total of 9 points. The Novice Wolves have played hard all season and were involved in many close games throughout the regular season. Coach Benedict has his team ready for the opening playoff game set for Wednesday February 27th on the home ice on Cornwall Island.
The Novice B wolves round robin playoff schedule is as follows:
Home Game – Tuesday Feb 27 @ 6pm vs the NGS Braves at A’nowara’ko:wa Arena
Away Game – Friday March 1st @ 6pm at South Stormont (Long Sault)
Away Game – Sunday March 3rd @ 2pm at Charlan Rebels (Williamstown)
Home Game – Wednesday March 6th vs Cornwall Colts at A’nowara’ko:wa Arena
The Atom B Wolves had a regular season record of 22-1-1 for a total of 45 points. The Atom Wolves had a very successful regular season and hope to continue during the playoffs. They finished the regular season in 1st place.

The Peewee B Wolves had a regular season record of 9-13-2 for a total of 20 points and finishing the regular season in 4th place. The Peewee Wolves finished off February of their regular season playing very well and winning 4 out of their last 6 games. The Peewee Wolves are heating up at the right time as they enter the playoffs.

The Bantam B Wolves had a regular season record of 20-2-2 for a total of 42 points. The Bantam B Wolves enter the playoffs riding a 17 game unbeaten streak during league play dating back to early November. The Bantam Wolves have already kicked off the playoffs with a 12-3 win against Charlan last Saturday.

The Akwesasne Minor Hockey Association would like to thank the players, parents, coaches and volunteers and the community for helping make this season a successful one for our youth.
The Akwesasne Minor Hockey Association would also like to thank the Akwesasne Community Fund. The AMHA continues to grow and with help from the Akwesasne Community Fund we are able to keep registration costs reasonable while offering teams plenty of ice time for practices and skill development. We look forward for a successful playoff season and invite the community to come out and support our youth as they compete during the playoffs.

The Akwesasne Minor Hockey Association would like to announce that for the 2018-2019 season the Initiation Program for birth years 2012-2013-2014 registration cost will be only $50 for the season.
The $50 registration fee is made possible for this year thanks to funding received from the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne Community Fund.
The Initiation Program ice starts in October and will have two ice times weekly. Dates and times TBD
AMHA will also have some loaner equipment available thanks to funding from the Akwesasne Community Fund.

The Akwesasne Minor Hockey Association has teamed up with LOK Creations for apparel orders for the 2017-2018 season.
LOK Creations is located on Cornwall Island and they have provided AMHA with a custom catalog of some of their products for the Wolves.
LOK Creations accepts Cash, Cheques or E-Transfers for payment.

If anyone is interested in coaching for AMHA please obtain your certification locally with North Glen Stormont Minor Hockey Association (NGS). Please check with the registrar to look up your coaching credentials in the HCR, some certifications never expire! All courses are reimbursed for AMHA coaches, $100 credit will also be issued at end of season, Niawen Kowa for giving back to Akwesasne’s Children!

Before any coach can sign up for Coach 1 there is a prerequisite to be completed

Courses will be held at the and ice sessions at the North Stormont Community Center Arena in Finch.
Also keep in mind the online registration shuts down 48 hours prior to the Clinic. Therefore, each participant must complete the online portion first and register for the respective Clinic prior to the 48-hour mark.
